For years, Borchetta Bourbon operated under the Big Machine Distillery umbrella, sharing space and identity with a diverse portfolio of vodkas and creams.
Approach
The strategy centered on consolidation and elevation. In August 2026, the former Big Machine Brewery & Distillery on 3rd Avenue South was officially rebranded as The Borchetta Bourbon Experience, creating a flagship home for the whiskey. This move anchored the brand in downtown Nashville with a distinct identity, offering elevated tastings and the signature "Blend Your Own Bourbon" experience .
Result
The rebrand successfully crystallized Borchetta Bourbon's identity as the flagship spirit of the new enterprise.
